What’s Apom? We found out at popular street food stall in Penang Night Market 槟城夜市必吃的小吃
During my recent trip to Penang, we went to Chulia Night Street on the first day. We saw long queue at this stall in Penang Chulia Night Street. The sign board only put APOM. We don’t know how Apom taste like, we are curious so we join the queue. We waited 10 minutes for our turn. We are not bored while waiting as we see how gentle stall Auntie handle every piece of Apom. We also see auntie add some powder into the mixture. Wonder is that the secret weapon. Every customer buy more than 1 as it’s very affordable- only RM0.50/pc. We are also one of the happy customer. How the taste like? It is like crispy egg roll with soft centre. Will I buy again? Maybe... 最近，我到槟城旅行去了。第一晚，我们就来到了槟城的Chulia 夜市。眼睛不由自主地瞄向这个有着长长人龙的摊位。卖的是什么？我们好奇地走上前去，看到阿姨如做煎饼般地忙着。摊位只写了APOM 字样，也不知道APOM是“何方神圣”，只知道有很多人排队，有人气就应该没错吧。于是，我们也成为了人龙的一份子。 排了大概10分钟，等待的过程中很享受阿姨小心翼翼并巧妙地掌握时间将热腾腾的卷饼送到顾客面前的画面。过程中看到阿姨放了一种粉入面糊中，很想问她放了什么粉，但又不敢问，我想这是她的秘密武器吧。 每一片APOM卷饼才卖马币0.50，等于新币0.12!那么便宜，难怪每一位顾客不只买一片，都是5片起跳的。 味道如何
